In an effort to provide you with better service, we have now added this section to provide answers to some of our most commonly asked questions.

Question .. How long will it take to receive my order?

Answer.. It Depends on the type of picture ordered. Spring, Fall, Cap and Gown, Graduation, Prom, and most other Pictures.. These orders are usually fulfilled within two weeks. In most cases it will be sooner. Senior Portraits require more time for fulfillment. Proofs will be returned within two weeks. Orders will generally take four to six weeks. These are very special pictures and require more time for retouching, custom engraving, and special sizes.

Question .. I missed the cut off date for ordering pictures, but I would still like to order, what do I need to do?

Answer.. If you still have the proof in your possession, simply mail the proof directly to us. Be sure to fill out all required information on the order form. Include payment with a $10 late fee. Mail it to :

Question.. I received the incorrect package, what do I need to do.

Answer.. Simply mail us the package with a note describing the problem, or the correct package, and we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Please be sure to include a daytime phone number so we can contact you if we have any question.

Question.. I did not receive all of my pictures, what do I need to do.

Answer.. In most cases we can resolve this by simply obtaining the *processing number as well as the **image number from the photographs. (* number located on the back of the photographs.. usually 7 digits, ** number on back of the photographs starting with IMG. ) Send us an e-mail with this information, the package you ordered, and what was short. Please be sure to include a daytime phone number so we can contact you if we have any question.
